The apartment was very spacious and well-equipped, providing us with plenty of room and all the amenities we needed for our city break. the location was also great, just a short walk away from the city center, making it convenient for exploring all that the city had to offer. having free parking available was a definite plus, allowing us to easily come and go without worrying about finding a spot.
The external maintenance of the building and common areas was lacking, which gave a poor first impression. there were some maintenance issues within the apartment itself, such as a broken whirlpool tub and a toilet with a stuck button that caused constant running water.

We stayed at Kings in Chester for a few nights with our family and were extremely pleased with our experience. The decor was modern, the bedrooms were perfect for our family setup, and having two bathrooms was a bonus. The attention to detail, including a birthday request, was met with a balloon and bottle of fizz, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the center, and the staff were friendly and prompt in their communication.

The area is quiet at night and only a short walk to the city center. The bed and linens were comfortable, and I appreciated having a fan in the room. The kitchen seemed well-equipped, although I didn't cook during my stay. The apartment also had a washing machine and drying rack, which was convenient. I enjoyed the ample space and the convenient location.
There were a few minor issues during our stay. The instructions for locating the key lockbox were confusing, and it took us some time to find the right one.

The apartment is conveniently located just outside the city walls, making it a short walk to the city center. The area is quiet at night, ensuring a peaceful stay. The apartment itself is spacious, allowing for plenty of room to relax and unwind. The kitchen is well-equipped for those who prefer to cook, and there is a washing machine and drying rack available for added convenience. The comfortable bed and linens ensure a good night's sleep, and having a fan provided is a nice touch.
Some aspects of the communal areas in the building may be in need of renovation and could benefit from better maintenance.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious rooms and attention to detail, like the birthday surprise of a balloon and bottle of fizz. The apartment felt like a home away from home and the staff were friendly and responsive. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the center of town.
The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement.
